Alloy Steel (High-Temp Service): ASTM A217 WC6, WC9, and C12A, specifically engineered for superheated steam and power plant applications up to 593°C.
Corrosion-Resistant Alloys: CF8, CF8M, CF3M, and Duplex Steel for chemical processing and marine environments.
Hard-Facing Trim: As a standard for high-pressure series, we apply Stellite® No.6 (Cobalt-based alloy) to the seat and disc to prevent erosion, galling, and wire-drawing.
