HVOF Coating: We apply Tungsten Carbide (TC) or Chrome Carbide coating using High-Velocity Oxygen Fuel (HVOF) technology. With surface hardness exceeding HRC 70, our balls and seats become virtually immune to abrasive wear.
Scraper Seat Design: Specifically engineered for viscous or crystallizing media, our seat edges act as scrapers to clean the ball surface during every operation, preventing seat damage.
High-Pressure Gas & Rapid Decompression
In high-pressure gas applications (Class 900 and above), "Explosive Decompression" can destroy standard O-rings.
AED Seals: We utilize Anti-Explosive Decompression (AED) certified elastomers (meeting NACE TM0297 or NORSOK M-710) that prevent gas from rupturing the seals during sudden pressure drops.
Lip Seal Technology: For critical sealing, we replace standard O-rings with Spring-Energized PTFE Lip Seals, providing superior chemical resistance and reliable sealing across a wider temperature range.
