Features

Flow Rate Settable: The V-shaped opening gradually changes its channel area with rotation, maintaining a fixed relationship between flow rate and opening degree. The control system can set the target flow rate according to the opening degree.

Prevents Particle Clogging: The V-shaped opening edge generates shear during opening and closing, cutting off particles and fibers which are carried away by the fluid, reducing accumulation in the valve cavity and sealing surface.

One Valve Replaces Two: The seal meets API 598 Class A and EN 12266-1 requirements when closed, allowing the same valve body to perform both regulation and shut-off functions simultaneously.
