Features

 

Durable Valve Body: Fluid only contacts the inner liner (compliant with ASTM F1545), isolating the metal valve body from the media and preventing chemical corrosion of the base material.

 

Integrated Sealing Surface and Liner: The ball passage and valve seat contact areas are both lined with the same material. When closed, the sealing pair forms contact between similar materials, reducing sealing mismatch caused by material differences.

 

Direct Actuator Mounting: The valve body top interface conforms to ISO 5211, allowing direct matching with pneumatic or electric actuators without additional connection structures.

FAQ

 

Q: How to choose the lining material?

A: The material should conform to ASTM F1545 and be selected based on the type of medium (acid, alkali, organic solvent) and temperature range to ensure chemical resistance and temperature compatibility.

Q: Will the lining peel off or be damaged?

A: For use within the design temperature (-60℃ to +200℃) and pressure range, the lining is fixed by molding or bonding. Abrasive particles or exceeding temperature limits may accelerate wear or peeling, requiring regular inspection.

Q: Can it be used in high-pressure or high-temperature conditions?

A: This type of valve has a pressure rating of PN10–16 / ANSI 150 and a maximum temperature of 200℃. For temperatures exceeding this range, metal-sealed or other valve types must be selected.
