Features

Fixed Flow Switching Path: The internal channels (L-shaped or T-shaped) of the ball determine the connectivity, and the opening and closing positions correspond to a clear flow path. The switching logic is directly defined by the structure, requiring no additional interlocking control.

Centralized Leakage Control: Multi-way functionality is completed within a single valve body. The sealing surface is concentrated in the contact area between the ball and the valve seat. The closed state meets API 598 Class A and EN 12266-1 requirements, reducing leakage paths caused by multiple connection points.

Unified Actuator Drive: The valve body top interface conforms to ISO 5211. Switching between multiple flow channels is achieved by a single actuator driving the ball's rotation, eliminating the need for multiple actuator linkage.

Applications

Petrochemical Industry: Used for media distribution or switching between multiple process pipelines, enabling the conversion of different process paths.

Water Treatment: Used for flow direction switching and distribution control between influent/effluent or multiple tanks.

Pharmaceutical and Fine Chemicals: Used in multi-batch or multi-formulation systems to achieve switching and isolation of different media paths.

Power and Industrial Systems: Used in cooling water or auxiliary systems to achieve fluid diversion and reversal control.

FAQ

Q: How to choose between T-junction and Four-way valves?

A: T-junctions are suitable for flow splitting or merging (one inlet and two outlets, or two inlets and one outlet). Four-way valves are suitable for applications requiring cross-directional switching or cyclic switching. The choice should be based on the pipeline connection method.

Q: Can a combination of multiple two-way valves completely replace it?

A: It can replace multiple two-way valves if the flow direction logic is fixed. However, if independent control of each switch (non-interlocked) is required, multiple two-way valves are still necessary.

Q: What should be considered when selecting an actuator?

A: The torque should be calculated based on the maximum pressure difference at different flow path switching positions. The actuator should be selected in conjunction with the ISO 5211 interface to ensure that switching can be completed at all positions.
