Features of Lined Butterfly Valve

Corrosion Resistance

The Lined Butterfly Valve uses a PTFE or PFA lining, providing long-term resistance to acids, alkalis, and organic solvents, with a service life of over 8 years.

High and Low Temperature Resistance

The PCTFE soft seal can operate in environments ranging from -196℃ to +150℃, suitable for cryogenic liquid oxygen or liquid nitrogen conditions.

Precision Machining

The valve body and valve plate have a fit tolerance of ≤0.2mm, and CNC-machined surfaces ensure reliable sealing.

Wide Applications
